Mood Disorders

There comes a point in everyone’s life, when they experiences the ‘ups’ and ‘downs’ but a few people with a mood disorder experience it with a higher intensity and for a much longer time period. The condition that mood disorders cause to people includes a feeling of; depression, disturbed physical health, prolonged emotions that depressingly affects people mentally.
Depression and bipolar disorder which is known as manic depression are both serious medical illnesses but are treatable. The people who have bipolar disorder, experiences depression and usually feels really high. The ‘highs’ get uncontrolled and manic person behave in a hasty manner.
Depression- the most common mood disorder in which is person feels very low. The symptoms may include, tiredness, altered eating patterns, sleeping problems, hopelessness, thoughts of suicide and an incapability to have fun. These mood disorders can be treated through counseling, but in extreme cases, proper medical assistance is advised.
